Executive management at US airlines has spent years taking care of themselves; depositing huge bonus checks into their accounts while simultaneously expecting workers to accept less and less. Employees have lost pay, benefits and even their pensions to fund airline mergers, expansions and business model adjustments that now have airlines reporting record profits for the second year in a row.
Workers must have a plan to take care of themselves this flu season
Here are some tips to stay healthy this season. But remember, higher levels of stress make anyone more susceptible to colds or flu — which can cause you to miss work.
